Year 2 – Fox Class

Welcome to Fox Class Page!

Year 2 are the Fantastic Foxes! We pride ourselves on being charismatic, fun and hardworking.
The children in Year 2 know that we are all unique and wonderful but as a team – like a great skulk of foxes – we work even better.

In year 2 we encourage active learning as much as possible and strive for a perfect blend of fun and discipline. We offer a nurturing environment with the highest expectations and standards in behaviour and attitudes. As the oldest children in KS1, we need to show the younger children the right way to behave and learn.

All the children in the class love to participate in PE lessons and games. Their love of Maths and English are growing every day as their confidence reaches new heights.

We love reading together and sharing stories through our guided reading, and class reading sessions are one of our favourite activities.

We are all looking forward to seeing how we grow in our abilities this year and all the things we can achieve together.
